Dartington employs over 250 staff and is committed to helping each one of them develop their work skills and careers. We also want to help people get their working lives started well and have developed an Internship scheme to support this.

We see Internships as a key way to help people start or restart their careers or as an opportunity for those looking to try something new. We also see Internships as a win-win for the Intern and for Dartington – you get good work experience and develop your skills and we get someone who is prepared to work hard on projects and tasks that really need doing.
