Dartington Music Summer School & Festival has been nominated for the Devon Tourism Awards 2019/20 in the category of International Visitor Experience of the Year, sponsored by Simpleview.
This year’s awards saw the highest number of applicants ever, so the team here are particularly delighted to have made it through to the finals.
Each year the Summer School welcomes a huge cohort of international visitors to Dartington, and we pride ourselves on harnessing the power of music to overcome cultural differences. We give people from all around the world the opportunity to come together, make new friends and have great experiences in Devon, and we’re thrilled to receive recognition for that through these awards.
The Summer School is a unique cultural event where professionals and amateurs meet and mix in superb surroundings in the pursuit of music making.
