The Venue

The conference will be held on Dartington Estate, which comprises 800 acres of beautiful Devon countryside adjacent to Totnes and the River Dart.

Keynote speaker addresses and the plenary sessions will be delivered in the Trust’s 14th century Great Hall (Grade 1 listed building), which can seat more than 300 delegates. The conference will also utilise other bespoke facilities on the estate suitable for workshop and small group sessions.

Baroness Foster served as First Minister of Northern Ireland from 2016 to 2021 and was the first woman to hold the position. Professor Jackie McCoy MBE

Professor McCoy is an internationally recognized expert in strategic leadership and organizational development. She has extensive experience working with global organizations and governmental bodies on leadership development and strategic innovation. Her work focuses on building consensus across diverse stakeholder groups and implementing effective change management strategies.

Professor Sue Prince

Professor Sue Prince is a senior law academic at the University of Exeter with significant experience in senior University management. She is a Principal Fellow of the Higher Education Authority and has been awarded a University Fellowship Award for Excellence in Teaching. She was appointed by the Lord Chancellor as a member of the Civil Justice Council and is an accredited CEDR mediator and community mediator. Her expertise in dispute resolution and conflict management provides valuable insights for leaders dealing with complex organizational challenges.
