Kids Eat Free this Easter!

Throughout Easter we’ll be offering free kid’s main meal with every full paying adult meal at The White Hart for children under 12. This offer is available all day on Mondays to Saturdays during the Easter holidays.

After 20 years Odysseus finally returns to Ithaca, where he finds his wife held prisoner by suitors vying to be king and his son facing death at their hands. To win back his family and all he has lost, Odysseus must rediscover his strength.

Tells the story of the six wives of Henry VIII, reimagining them as pop stars who reclaim their narratives from their infamous husband’s shadow.

 

Wallace & Gromit: The Curse of the Were-Rabbit [U]

Wallace and Gromit’s latest business venture – a human pest-control outfit called ‘Anti-Pesto’ – is booming, but with days to go before the Giant Vegetable Competition, the enterprising duo are finding it hard to manage all the captive rabbits taking over West Wallaby Street.

War Paint: Women at War [12A]

War paint: Women at War shines a light on the trailblazing role of women war artists and asking: when it’s life or death, what do women see that men don’t? An entirely female cast of contributors makes this film a unique undertaking – telling vital truths in turbulent times.

One to One: John & Yoko [15]

Fri 18 – Wed 30 April
Set in 1972 New York, this documentary explores John and Yoko’s world set against the backdrop of a turbulent era in American history. Centred on the One to One Charity Concert for special-needs children, John Lennon’s only full-length concert between the final Beatles concert in 1966 and his death, it features unseen archives and restored footage.

Bookbinding Taster Day

10am – 4pm, Saturday 7 June
The Society of Bookbinders are offering a Taster Day at Dartington. Starting from a sheet of paper you will be introduced to some of the tools, materials and techniques of bookbinding, and make a sturdy, attractive notebook to take home.
